A delicious and refreshing Caribbean blend of rich coconut cream, Bush Rum and tangy pineapple.
FOR ONE COCKTAIL YOU WILL NEED:
- 50ml Spiced Bush Rum
- 75ml pineapple juice
- 50ml coconut cream/milk
- 15ml lime juice
- Add all ingredients into a blender with a scoop of ice
- Blend until smooth
- Pour into a glass
- Garnish with a fresh pineapple slice
